My battery is dead every morning, I noticed the compressor from the air ride suspension goes on about every 5 to 10 minutes. Could this be draining my battery, can I turn it off at night?
The air ride is getting ready to go out. You have a leak somewhere in the bags or lines and it's causing the compressor kick on more than usual. The more it kick on, it will eventually burn the pump up.You can turn it off but it will still lose air that's in the bags. I just had all of mine pulled out and replaced with shocks and springs, and it rides nice. But also, depending on where you're from, the weather has a lot to do with a battery losing power. Cells could be getting dry or worn and not holding a well charge over night. Matter of fact my vehicle does it now, need to go get me a battery. GooD Luck
