Well, let's try doing some trouble shooting and give us some clues-- maybe we can help:
1.) Do you know if you have power into the unit? (Like any indicator lights lit, or any heat at all-- or any buzzing sound?)
2.) If you have a little indicator light showing that you have power into the control or thermostat area-- are you intersted in opening it up, and tracing the circuit-- with a little volt meter?
