Report "My Bissel pro heat 2x has the following problems: The hose sprayer only works if the suction setting is set to floor. If i turn it to utility the hose sprayer fails after 5 seconds gradually, and it is as if the water pump loses its prime as the no water is projected from either setting. Also my machine is using far too much soap compared to water even with the setting on light cleaning. what is the problem"
