Report "My Black & Decker Scumbuster lasted me over 10 years and it will not charge any longer. I don't mind that and wanted to buy a new one but you do not distribute Scumbuster in Canada, so I ended up paying $90. for one in the U.S. to be shipped to Canada. I still think it is worth the money because my shoulders do not very well and the ScumBuster helped me keep my house clean. You should distribute them in the handicapped stores because I know it would be a God send to many people like myself"
