Take the blade off and turn it around. Take the cover off the side of the motor (unplugged of course) short any capacitor with a screwdriver to the metal side of the motor. The wires should be able to be accessed and switched through an end-plate on the motor. The wires should be on connectors and can be pulled out easily with a pair of needle-nose pliers. Be sure that device is unplugged prior to servicing. Good Luck.
