My blitz wont aknowledge ANYTHING!! When I call, it doesn't work, when I hook it up to the charger, it ignores it, and when I try to turn it off, it ignores me!! It's frozen, and the only thing on the screen is the verizon logo, and my keyboard is STUCK being lit up, HELP!!
