MY BLOWER STAYS ON FULL BLAST...I'VE TRIED TO SWAP OUT THE RESISTOR WITH A NEW ONE, BT THAT WASEN;T THE PROBLEM. I THINK IT MIGHT BE THE BLOWER SWITCH?
Could be the dash switch?

No its the blower motor resistor which is at fault.
