Turn the plug towards you with the prongs facing you. You will either have a small rectangle window facing you where the fuse sits inside.with a Sharpe knife(be careful)lift the window up and that will expose the fuse, remove the fuse, then get a appliance that you know that works and do exactly the same and exchange the fuses, don't forget to replace the fuse lid, then test the mixer by plugging it back in, make sure there will be a number on the fuse ie 13 etc and exchange like for like. If the window isn't there on the plug, you will see 3 screws, remove the screw in the middle to remove the lid on the plug, and that will expose the fuse, and as above make sure you get an appliance that you know that works, and remove and exchange fuses. Put the lid back on the plug and test If this confuses you, google/you tube it,it's really easy and straight forward to tryTurn the plug towards you with the prongs facing you.
