My bose soundsystem is giving my headache with error 802 and cutting off electricity constantly. I cannot use the speakers to listen to the tv. Is a software issue or not?

Anything that trips the mains has shorted and should be looked at by a technician. Such devices are potentially a fire hazard and should not used and unplugged from the mains till it can be fixed.
