My brand new H3 was runnig fine for a few days. yesterday it wouldnt start. road assiatance came and it is not the battery. it wont even allow the transmission to be put in newtral to tow. Any suggetions

As it's a brand new vehicle, it will be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty. Call the Garage that you bought the vehicle at and tell them to come and pick it up and have the fault fixed under warranty. PLEASE DO NOT try to fix anything yourself and do not let anyone else other than the Manufacturer's representatives work on the vehicle otherwise the Manufacturer may void the Warranty.
