Report "My brand new Sante Fe "O" guage quit running in the forward direction after about 15 minutes on Christmas Eve. I took it to the dealer and was treated rudely by the repair person. I was accused of running it without oil in the smoker which is not true. It ran weaker in forward direction from the very start, although it ran very fast in reverse and still does. I get no movement forward. Can you help?"
