Report "My brand new Troy built storm 2410 won't go into reverse gear. I've only used it twice this season and it's already acting up. It's almost like there is a lot of tension on the cable the more I try to go back to the lower speeds. I tried the suggested remedies in the owners manual but no luck. Any suggestions ? Thank You!"
