I was looking into your problem and after about 4 informational pages and reviews I found these things have a laundry list of defect that to this date are completely unexplained by the manufacturer my favorite being even when the power is off it keeps pumping water into the overflow tray its possible they are possesed and the company is trying to cover it up but the more reasonable explanation is lazy customer support and bad components if its still under warranty I would suggest returning it for a new one as quickly as possible and if possible returning it for a more dependable less problematic easily maintained one if for some reason you have your heart or you wallet set on this your next course of action would be to contact the company about the timing on yours a link to there support website is here
