My Brookstone PureIon Advanced air filter is stuck in TURBO mode and I cannot get it to slow down! how do I UN-stick it?
Pure Ion Advanced tower air filter. Cleaned the filters, dried them and re-inserted. Stuck in Turbo mode and will not allow the button to be pushed for the speed.

Sounds like the control is damaged. You could try calling Brookstone service and see what they say (they have a one-year warranty). Number is 1-800-292-9819.
