My brunswick vibrating shuttle will work but it wont pick up the thread from the shuttle. I have thread the shuttle several time just like the owners manual says but it still wont pick up the thread. what Iam doing wrong

Check to make sure the flat side of the needle is in the proper orientation. If it's turned the wrong way, you will experience this problem. Also make sure the needle is threaded from the proper direction.
