My buell misses about 2500-4000 rpm when held steady, it runs better with new plugs but fouls them regularly, also fuel pump quit working i tapped on relays it started back but cuts off randomly and now wont come on at all, i swapped the other relays around and none of them make it work?????!!!!!

My buell had similar issue (00 thunderbolt s-3) after testing and tunig and lots of time and $ spent I finally got a new set of injectors from Marren fuel injection in conneticut. ($125 for the pair, shipped) solved all of the cutting out and sputtering issues.
