My built in mouse is acting strangly since I installed Windows 7. it will just stop working randomly. if it is working fine and I log off, when I come back it is not working, and I have to re-boot

Hopefully it will just need a new driver for the mouse. Follow the MS link and download a new one.

In some cases it may be necessary to go directly to the manufacturer to get it updated, if they have not kept up with Windows, but that seems unlikely by now with Win7 practically done and Win8 just about to hit.
