My calculator just all of a sudden shut off. I changed the batteries and it worked fine for a while but now it has stopped working again. I tried everything!! I've tried whatever anyone had to offer on a lot of websites but I still can't get it to turn on. Help me please! I have a math final in a few days and the calculator is the schools!

By saying the thing in quotation marks above, you undermine my confidence in my abilities to help you. But since you seem desperate, I try.
Are the batteries still good? You say it worked for a while but you do not say how long a while that means. Batteries get depleted especially if you play 3rd-party games.
Did you adjust the contrast? If you do not know or forgot how to do it here is the procedure:
Press the [2nd] key and RELEASE IT.
Press and HOLD the [UpArrow] key to darken the screen.
Release the UpArrow when display is adequate.
If you have the USB Silver Cable use it to connect the calculator to a computer (PC). Run the TIConnect software (downloadable from ti.education.com) and click the button DeviceExplorer If TIConnect is able to detect it that means the calculator is in working order.
It looks like you are on your own. If you think about asking for help again on the Internet, be a little more talkative about what troubleshooting procedures you already performed.

However if TIConnect does not detect it that DOES NOT IMPLY that calculator is DEFECTIVE. It may be a matter of incorrect drivers.
