My cam timing seems to be off on my right bank on this dodge 2.7l. Does any one know can I turn the cams without damaging any thing
What I am trying to ask is can I turn the cams and get them on there timing marks without damaging any other thing?

You would need to re time the entire engine. If the timing is off then the timing belt/chain needs replacing or this problem will occur again.
