Battery was disconnected entirely,then reconnected! Now car has no power when starting! The horn will usally chirp when reconnected,it did not make sound this time. No power is available,like battery is not installed! Please help asap, would prefer a direct solution to this problem. not past answers from 2,3 years ago! Thankyou.
