Thanks for using FixYa. As you have already replaced the battery, tps, spark plugs and ignition wires then please inspect, clean and tight all the wiring connections. Also check for voltage at relay. If relay has voltage but there is no "click" when key is turned to start, replace relay. Remove starter and inspect drive gear and flywheel teeth. Check that the voltage reaches starter relay/solenoid when turn to start. If not, check for open P/N switch and brake or clutch pedal switch. Replace the parts which are defective.
