My carrier air conditioner will not start
The furnace igniter went out in December. We were told we needed a new furnace. But I think the air conditioner should work? Everything is plugged in, turned on...that I know of. The thermostat seems to be fine. The breaker is on. I reset it. But NOTHING comes on at the unit. Not even a humming. Checked the outside little power box. ( it is a fuseless one) Reset the plug. Everything seems fine there.

If your Carrier air conditioning unit won't
turn on, there likely is an issue with its
power source. ... Reset the circuit or
replace a blown fuse as necessary.
Does the fan run?

There is NOT 24 volts inside the small blue wire nuts. Would the fan blow air when the tstat is set on fan if the tstat was bad? The blue wires don't seem to be burnt or anything.
Did you just get what I wrote??,
