My CD player and radio have quit working. The signal lights have also quit working regularly, but will work occasionally. Is this a simple fix by replacing the fuse? Or is it something more serious?

Try going under the hood in the main fuse and control box.
For your flasher, try changing the flasher can, which is found under the dash right nhand side of steering wheel, and your radio could be either a blown fuse main fuse box under dash or in kick panel, or if it is an aftermarket radio, pull the radio out and find the fuse sticking out the back and replace
