My check engine light is on and the code is telling me to check the speed sensor, I had sensor changed which was located behind the right front wheel, my CEL is still on..where is the speed sensor?? I need help!!!

The check engine light code should be for the transmission speed sensor which is on the side of the transmission. The wheel sensors would be for the ABS.
The same sensor handles cruise and speedometer-odometer. But the problem could be in the wiring rather than the sensor itself.
