My chocolate only flashes to the verizon wireless screen
After that my phone turns off, then it flashes back to the verizon symbol. i pressed quit on the service program screen by accident and that is why my phone is doing this. Can this be fixed on my own or do i need to get a new phone? My phone is an EnV and it is doing this...I got the EnV after my EnV2 gray-screened on me (all it would show is bars of gray) and without insurance, I tried to get Verizon to help but they said it was due to "water damage" though my phone was brand new it hadn't been dropped in water EVER something about the red dots on a sticker near the battery...so I went to a used cell phone store and bought a used EnV only to use it right past the return date by one week and viola- the Verizon Screen of Death. I can't get another phone- this will be the third phone in a MONTH that I have...I have no money and I am starting to hate Verizon.

Verizon allows you to recieve a warranty replacement device for devices not purchased through verizon at a 50 dollar cost, Some representatives from verizon do not know this and you sometimes have to remind them to look in their M&P's which is their method and procedure page to find policies if they are still reluctant make sure you request for a supervisor. And also by policy water damage can only be determined by corrosion on the device (which rarely ever happens) and the sticker is not used because of the fact that humidity it self voids that sticker.
