My computer does not turn on right away, except fans
Hello! My computer does not turn on right away. When I hit a power button, only a fans will turn on. The whole computer starts working after two minutes or so. It means that the red and green diode on the front panel light up after two minutes or so. If the computer is already warmed up (I worked on it a while before), it will start working immediately. Do you know what could be causing the problem? Please advise. Thank you. Marco

It could be a failing power supply, but here's a good article to help you diagnose the issue. A local computer technician will be able to load test your power supply if you take it in to them and let you know quickly if that is indeed the problem, in which case it's fairly inexpensive to remedy.
Otherwise I would guess a boot issue of some kind.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!
I think that's the most logical place to start. If the power supply checks out ok, then I would run chkdsk /r (link here) to check the hard drive for bad sectors, as a slow to spin up hard drive might be temperature related, and finally you might wish to check the memory.(link here).
Good luck with it!, and let us know how it works out if you get a chance...
You may seem to have a startup issue. try cleaning up windows. you can get more info from the following link.

If thins fail you might have to do a fresh installation of windows.
