My computer has been there a month for repair and I want to talk with a supervisor because every time I call to find out the status I get a different answer. I want my computer back. This is REALLY bad customer service
Thats why Gateway went down the tubes , bad customer service and just really cheeply made computers.
A month is Vastly too long for a repair , I would contact my lawyer.
And it would be a cival lawsuit.
Or you can demand your computer back reguardless of it's condition , and have it looked at by a trained professional localy , and of course check them over to see if they are established and reputable.
or you can simply pray and excersize grace in this matter.
