When I insert the smartdisk firelite the green light comes on. However, I don't think that it is fully connecting to the computer. Normally the yellow/orange light (the firewire symbol) is lite. It is not lighting up. Also my computer is not recognizing the smartdisk at all. It won't pop up on my screen. What do I do. Is it the cord? How do I recover all my files. I have all my pictures and documents on the smartdisk. I looked up www.smartdisk.com for the customer service but that web address doesn't exsits.
