I have a brand new computer just purchased from best buy...i purchased ur mp3 player and i am trying to instal program on computer and wont instal i do not have windowes 10 or 9...i have windows 12 how do i resolvethis issue to make this compatable and run on my computer so that my daoughter an enjoy this mp3 player of yours with the older technoligy and my new technolagy
