My computer will not boot. I get a BSOD and the following error: stop c0000135 unable to locate component This application has failed to start because kernel32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Automatic repair, booting in safe mode,last know good configuration, and system restore do not work. I am running Vista
Turn on your computer and insert the Windows Vista DVD or CD.

Follow the instructions on each page. On the Which type of installation do you want? page, click Custom.
On the Where do you want to install Windows? page, select the partition where you want to install Windows.
Click Next to begin the installation. You might see a compatibility report.
