My computer will not connect to the internet via wireless but will connect via a cable. have checked with supplier virgin media they think there maybe a problem with software help

Are other wireless devices connecting just fine ? It could be that your isp needs to change the channel . does it show your wireless device on your computer in the list of available connections ? If you can give me more details if this didnt work or doesnt help at all e-mail me on [email protected] and i ll try and see if i can find you a solution .
