My computer will not recognize the pandidgital photolink scanner
My computer will not recognize the pandidgital scanner usb via a 4-port usb hub. Hence can not load scanned photo to the computer, my computer has operating system windows XP. please help me out. [email protected]

Try attaching the scanner directly to the computer. If this works, the problem is obviously in the hub. Many scanners will not work if attached to a bus-powered hub. If you have a self-powered (with a power transformer) hub, double check that the power transformer is working (it should be warm).
