My computer won't recognize the mp3 as a drive, it will recognize it as a device. which makes my life difficult. i can't upload music to it just by rip the cd directly to it - like with many other MP3's. i have to rip music to my library and then use Sync to transfer the songs. the same if i download music from the net, it has to be saved on to my hard drive and from there transfer to my MP3.

is there any way of making things easier and get my computer to accept my mp3 as a removable drive?
