My crane penguin humidifier has stopped working again... how can I buy a fan and a nebulizer, this is the 2nd time this one has broke, we got it back and the fan only blew 1 speed, now we still have that issue and now it quit making mist. we have 2 of these penguins the other works fine this one is a lemon
