My Creative Lab Micro Photo
When I plug my mp3 into my computer, my computer says it is not connected. My mp3 player shows that it is connected and it charges. I have tried everything I know to try. Any thoughts?

You can remove the usb drives from the pc and then reboot and have the pc reinstall them, and you can also try the Back of the pc 's usb ports (if it has them)
