Check water tank, if empty, fill with fresh water. Fill up the water pump Open and push lever back as far as it will go for 3 seconds. Press cup button. Wait until water flows. Close lever and press cup button to stop water flow. Empty capsule container / Check that no capsule is blocked inside the capsule container.
