Your problem has to do with your touchpad. It's quite sensitive and you are evidently letting your wrists drop a little when typing and touching the pad or almost touching it. I would suggest disabling the touchpad and using a mouse. Or practice typing with your fingers well away from the touchpad. It is easier when you are not tired. The more you type, the more likely your fingers are to get near the pad.
Disable your touchpad if you consistently have this problem.
When you are typing something, and you suddenly touch the touchpad (tapping this touchpad moves the cursor) then your cursor will suddenly change position which then mess up your typing.
