I've never changed cv joints on a Ford, but my experience w/ other vehicles has been the realization that it's a tough job, lots of labor involved. You can do it, but u really have to get a good repair manual so u can see illustrations, and follow the many steps involved. Pick up a Haynes or Chilton manual (available online, or many parts stores), or subscribe to an online repair source like e-mitchell.
