My daugher's pantech sends incoming calls directly to voicemail

The phone otherwise seems to operate fine--however, we can't just call her --we have to leave a message.

It is in vibrate mode...it drove me crazy too!
Simply press and hold the "*" key at the lower left to exit vibrate mode.
