My daughter got a craig 9 inch touchscreen tablet model number CMP 756. It worked fine the first night I was able to download apps quick and easy. The next day the tablet froze up so I pressed the reset button on the back of the tablet. Now I cant download apps again or update apps in Google Play. Got a 16GB Micro sd card as well. Help me please with step by step directions on how to fix my tablet
