What you should do first is to check if the battery is fixed properly and not the other way round.
After that also check if the contact between the battery and the battery terminal isn't slack,if it is then you should fix a paper so that the battery and terminal contact properly
If the battery still doesn't work then you should get a new battery for your phone.
