My Dell Inspiron Mini 10v comes on. It asks if I want to start in safe mode or last known configuration and after I click on either, the screen goes blue and gives me an error message with the following stop code: *** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x8654D828, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000). Can anyone help?

Yup go to safe mode, and choose system restore... follow instructions and select a time prior to when you had a problem. finish off and your PC should be all working again. Startup PC, press F8 at instant of turn on... choose Safe Mode. when you are asked if you want safe desktop or system restore choose restore, when you get to the restore menu, choose a date BEFORE you had problems there may only be one or two to choose from. just follow the instructions and you should be back to working with all that behind you.
