My dell xps l501x os wont boot up and the dvd drive wont work when i place a cd in usb dont work, please help
After turning on the laptop I get this errors 0142, or status 79, 0f00:1344, but the dvd drive wont work or the usb. it wont show when i press f12 to boot the dvd drive.
