Turns on for a few seconds then immediately goes into standby, attempted to reset by holding in on speaker a and b as instructed with no luck, any other suggestions? A very obvious evidence shows there is a DC coming out of the speaker terminals.
first download service manual. check any DC voltages developed at the speaker output terminals. Differential amps got damaged ,shorted, are common. Check for any shorted transistors of pre-amp stage which amplifies voltage.
