Send it in to Intermec, or a 3rd party repair company.
Or... If you are the do it yourself type, open it up VERY carefully.
(I would not recommend this unless you have some advanced electronics repair experience, the proper tools, and Electro-Static-Discharge Safe workstation.)
Dismantle it all the way to where you can get at the display, and no further.
There should be what we call "Zebra strips", rubbery strips with stripes of some sort on them, these will make contact between the glass and the PCB.
Just swab these down with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to get them really clean, and then installation is reverse of removal.
Be forewarned, you may have to open it up, clean them, and reposition the strips a few times before all the lines go away. This procedure is more of an art form than a science.
If for some reason I'm remembering the innards of this device incorrectly (it's been a while, and I have been inside of HUNDREDS of bar-code scanners) and it doesn't have the Zebra strips, then you'll just want to send it into a repair facility anyways, as you can't re-solder the thin plastic ribbon on, you have to have a special machine for that.
