My DN 5591 will accept change and Bill's but won't dispense. It shows credit but the pad doesn't respond when making a selection. When I put it in service mode or test mode the pad seems to work. Any suggestions?

Usually a machine like this will accept money until the cost of a product is reached, then activate the pad. Maybe the cost has been changed and you have not reached it yet.
