My door bell system does not ring. I changed the batteries and now both batteries for the button and receiver are good. What else could I do? Thanks, Yuanshui

These units (not just this brand) seem to be notoriously under-powered, particularly if there is any substantial structure (brick, stone, etc.) between the pushbutton and the chime unit. Try to locate the two pieces as close to each other as possible. If practical, mount the pushbutton unit on the door itself instead of the door frame (but only if the door is NOT made of metal.) *Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, despite the handle.
