When I first plugged in the SVP usb into the port, the red light came on but my computer said it did not recognize the device. I unplugged it and plugged it back in now the red light does not come on and it says That the device has malfunctioned. When i click to troubleshoot, it says the drivers are unrecognized! Now it wont turn on!!!
