My drivers side window has become very hard to wined up and down it has a manual wined up and down handle and it takes alot to turn could I spray something down the window tracks and if so what would you recommend

Spraying the window might not take care of the problem, It sounds like the action needs to be greased or it is bound up. You can try spraying the glass and the runners with silicone and then cleaning the glass, I do it all the time to help my windows go, but yours is a deeper problem. If all fails, take off the door panel and find out what is causing it to be so hard. those things should go up and down effortlessly. Hope this helps.
