1. Calibrate Drone 2. Calibrate Controller 3. Once airborne, have the drone rotate on its horizontal access (left stick, left or right) for a couple of turns to allow good communication with GPS satellites
If this is not a GPS issue, check all the rotor blades and replace any damaged ones, taking care to have them fully bedded down. Make sure you have put the white and the black onto the correct stalks - because they spin in different directions!
